What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, phone number (if given), billing details and order details.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider [name of payment gateway]; we never see or store your full card or UPI details.
- When you sign up for free chapters or contact us: your email address and what you write to us.
- When you browse: cookies and similar tools for the site to work, and [analytics / advertising tools you actually use, e.g. Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, Meta pixel] to understand visits and measure ads.
Why we use it
- To deliver your files, send order emails and give support.
- To send updates about new books, if you agreed; every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep records required by law (for example, tax records).
- To improve the site and measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the store for us, such as [Shopify (store and hosting), the payment gateway, the email service], and authorities when the law requires it. We don't sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
